Pamesh holds a Civil Engineering degree from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University. He also did his Masters in Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. His total professional experience spans over 22 years. He had worked with UB Engineering Ltd. and Gammon India Ltd. For 5 years but the entrepreneur in him drove him to setup his own Recruitment Company – Intelli Search in the year 2000. In his 18 years of experience in the recruitment industry, he has seen the changing recruitment trends and has consistently strived to develop recruitment models to alleviate the challenges encountered.

He has completed many Executive Search mandates for Leadership position and has been trusted by many corporate to advice them to make the Right Hiring decision.

He strongly believes that honesty is the best policy and has made sure that his own employees also grow and gain with the company.
