    Role Focus: Supporting client relationships and executing strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Recruiter / HR Associate
    Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and placement.
    Role Focus: Sourcing and screening candidates to meet client needs.
  • Trainee Recruiter
    Responsibilities: Support recruitment processes and learn industry best practices.
    Role Focus: Assisting senior recruiters in candidate sourcing and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:

  1. Understand client organizations and their hiring needs.
  2. Search, screen, and shortlist relevant CVs based on job descriptions.
  3. Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  4. Present CVs in a professional format, including findings and assessments of candidates.
  5. Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
  6. Handle offer negotiations, post-offer follow-ups, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  7. Collect candidate references and conduct headhunting when necessary.
  8. Gather additional recruitment requirements from clients as needed.
