Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:
- Understand client organizations and their hiring needs.
- Search, screen, and shortlist relevant CVs based on job descriptions.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Present CVs in a professional format, including findings and assessments of candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
- Handle offer negotiations, post-offer follow-ups, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Collect candidate references and conduct headhunting when necessary.
- Gather additional recruitment requirements from clients as needed.
